BRIJESH CHINAI

Born into a world where Dharma, Sanskaras, tradition and heritage were deeply valued, it had a great impact on my young mind. Over the years, my interest in the way things were done in the past, and the reasons for doing them grew exponentially, bringing an overarching awareness of and respect for the untold riches of India's glorious past. The clarity, simplicity and absoluteness of it inspire me to take our way of life into the future, before we completely lose ourselves and our identity.

Having said that, I do not believe in conservatism for the sake of it, or in an indiscriminate mummification of the past. One has to develop a nuanced understanding of the past and its fundamental principles which continue to be relevant to the constantly evolving needs of every generation and it's preferred aesthetics.

It is my life’s mission to contribute to this task where the old and new blend seamlessly, like a beautiful sunrise on the horizon.

THE LITTLE BRIC & CO.

TO CREATE A FULL SERVICE TEMPLATE based design and build process to maximise the number of projects that can be taken up and executed successfully in a shorter time frame.

The opportunity for the us came literally knocking. As most people have no experience or education in design, they faced multiple problems while designing their own homes. As we walk into the idea of The Little BRIC & Co, we started addressing the various concerns of middle class. TLBC brings the affordability carefully designed template packages into play, offering customers distinct designs from the best of designers and manufactured using high quality materials and vendors.

This model we hope will work best as, “95 per cent of India living in the metros would traditionally call carpenters, labourers and contractors. They are now getting the experience which is program-managed by someone who has been in the design industry since 20 years.”
